Job Title: Senior Project/Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager with strong construction sector experience and demonstrable NEC Project Manager capability to join our team. The successful candidate must bring a high level of project management expertise, including accredited NEC Project Manager experience and qualification, and be confident delivering construction projects autonomously while leading and supporting team members.

This hybrid role will support day-to-day project operations and require regular engagement with internal teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project/Programme Manager will manage all aspects of client projects throughout the full project lifecycle. This may involve secondment into client organisations or delivery from our head office.
  • The role requires sound commercial awareness and the ability to administer and manage NEC contracts effectively, particularly where acting as, or supporting, the NEC Project Manager function.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects and programmes, presenting to Project Boards or Senior Management Teams, identifying and managing risks, issues, opportunities, change control matters, and variances against project plans.
  • Gather and interpret project metrics, implement corrective actions to maintain progress and budget control, and provide practical solutions to complex delivery, contractual, and stakeholder challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
