Summary

The Senior Project Manager (PM) will oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed in alignment with company strategy, client commitments, and project goals. This role requires comprehensive leadership across planning, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience managing complex subsea equipment projects. The ideal applicant will have hands-on knowledge in executing scopes involving subsea hardware and offshore operations, especially subsea interventions and life of field projects. Strong technical understanding, cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to deliver on schedule and budget are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively execute assigned projects; this includes ensuring strategic execution plans are fully developed and implemented, contracts are agreed upon and adhered to, communications within and external to the team are effective, and approved team resources and budgets are appropriately planned and managed.
  • Establish and align the team to project goals, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Manage the project schedule, identifying any critical path issues and developing mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Development of effective working relationships with internal and external customers, being the central point of contact.
  • Provide project forecasts for completion of equipment, services, cash milestones & margin.
  • Share knowledge & best practices across the company.
  • Responsible for ensuring all work is undertaken safely in line with company HSE guidelines, and work is executed in line with company QMS requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management, construction management, or project controls required. Oil & gas industry experience preferred but not required.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or a management discipline is highly preferred.
  • Experience with the subsea intervention sector, including riser-based and riser-less subsea intervention systems.
  • Experience with the management of customer property.
  • Proficient in offshore operations and subsea equipment.
  • Must have the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Relationships with key support vendors in the local market are highly advantageous.
  • Must be keen to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
