Senior Project Manager (Utilities and Infrastructure O&M) Site Operations
Location: Leiston, Suffolk, 5 days per week onsite.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution, 15% employer contribution.

Lead One of the UK's Most Significant Infrastructure Projects
Sizewell C is one of the UK's largest and most exciting infrastructure projects. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Utilities & Infrastructure) to lead the operation and maintenance of critical site handed over built utilities and infrastructure that will support thousands of workers across the Sizewell C programme.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a major operational portfolio, manage significant budgets, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in delivering a nationally important project.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Operations Site Lead, you'll plan, lead and coordinate the operation and maintenance of wet and dry utilities, site infrastructure and support the service delivery of the services across the Sizewell C footprint. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations while driving continual improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Site Operations Utilities & Infrastructure operations and maintenance of handing over built assets across the Sizewell C site
- Managing Service Delivery Managers, PMs / APMs and specialist contractors
- Overseeing a portfolio with an annual budget of approximately £30m
- Driving health, safety, compliance and operational performance
- Managing stakeholder relationships across the project and supply chain
- Coordinating utility and infrastructure handovers from construction into operations
- Supporting future infrastructure, utilities and site operations projects
- Providing clear leadership, governance and commercial oversight

What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering or similar
- SMSTS or IOSH qualified
- Significant experience delivering infrastructure, utilities or major construction projects
- Experience working within a Principal Contractor environment
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills
- Proven commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence
- Strong project controls, programme management and reporting experience.
- Experience In One or More of the Following Areas: Utilities Operations & Maintenance, Infrastructure Management, Site Establishment, Logistics, Facilities Management, Earthworks, large Civil Engineering Projects
Desirable
- CIOB or MICE membership
- Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
