Senior Project Manager
Southampton, England | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35
IC Resources is currently supporting a leading aerospace organisation in its search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its team on a 6-month contract basis.
This role will involve managing complex engineering projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery across time, cost, and quality.

- Lead engineering projects from planning through to delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
- Manage suppliers and customer relationships
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues
Key Requirements
- Strong experience managing complex engineering projects
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong project planning and risk management skills
- Good stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable Experience
- Aerospace or other highly regulated engineering environments
- Project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
