Platform Transformation Specialist - Competitive Base - Manchester - Hybrid
I'm working with a Financial Services organisation who are about to embark on their largest Platform transformation to date.
Role Overview
The client is embarking on a major 3 year transformation programme to replace and consolidate its existing application, loan management and collections platforms.
This is a genuine end-to-end ownership role, with the opportunity to lead the programme through initial discovery through to final implementation.

- You'll manage the requirements phase, map current and future-state processes, shape the migration strategy, coordinate all technical/data migration and integrations, and ultimately take the programme through testing, cutover, BAU transition and legacy decommissioning.
This will be a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on transformation rather than simply overseeing delivery through layers of governance.
They’re specifically looking for someone with:
- Strong consumer lending / consumer finance experience
- Direct experience implementing or migrating a Loan Management / Loan Servicing platform
- Strong Senior PM and BA capability – you'll need to be comfortable getting into the detail and gathering requirements yourself
- Experience across migration, integrations, testing and cutover
- Previous exposure to platforms such as Financier/Welcom, Mambu, Aryza, Finastra or LoanPro would be particularly relevant

Given the scale and level of ownership, base salary will be extremely competitive
