Senior Project Manager – MDM Props

MDM Props is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead ambitious creative and technical projects from initial concept through to fabrication, installation and final handover.

For over 30 years, MDM has built a reputation for turning ambitious creative ideas into beautifully made, technically resolved reality. Working from our London headquarters and workshops, alongside our growing Middle East operation, we deliver projects internationally for leading artists, designers, brands, cultural organisations and visitor attractions.

Our work is varied, challenging and rarely ordinary. Projects can range from one-off artworks and complex sculptural installations to large-scale themed environments, experiential projects and highly detailed bespoke fabrication.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead multi-million-pound projects and help shape MDM’s future path.

Working closely with clients, designers, fabricators and technical teams, you’ll be the key link between creative vision, commercial requirements and project delivery — taking ownership of projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Lead projects from brief and design development through fabrication, installation and sign-off.
  • Manage budgets, programmes, resources, documentation and project deliverables.
  • Translate creative briefs into achievable, commercially viable solutions.
  • Coordinate Project managers, designers, fabricators, subcontractors and technical teams.
  • Oversee materials, finishes, samples, quality and creative standards.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges and programme issues.
  • Manage client reviews, snagging, approvals and final handover.
  • Support new business, tenders, pricing and repeat client opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement across project and production processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
