Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Senior Project Manager (VISA SPONSORED) role. The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across product, operations, and technology, ensuring alignment with VisaPilot-Ai’s strategic goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, creating detailed plans, managing resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, data, and customer success. The role involves tracking milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and structured way. The Senior Project Manager will also optimize workflows, refine processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth and high-quality experiences for visa-sponsored jobseekers.

- Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely execution of tasks, follow-ups, and critical-path items across multiple stakeholders.
- Background in logistics management and inspection, with the ability to oversee operational workflows, quality checks, and compliance-related activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, operations, business, or a related field.
- Experience in tech-enabled services, recruitment, HR tech, or immigration/sponsorship-related domains is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
