Senior Project Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to take the lead on ambitious digital projects across our diverse client portfolio. In this role, you’ll steer the full software delivery lifecycle—from early scoping and planning through to hands-on execution. You’ll be at the heart of complex builds and system integrations, working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to bring brilliant digital products to life. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and drives impact through smart thinking and strong leadership.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering new digital software products and enhancing existing ones for top-tier clients. Acting as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will manage project budgets, shape direction, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, solution architects, and strategists in a setting where projects vary in both size and technical complexity.

What you'll be working on

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical software projects, keeping initiatives aligned, efficient, and on track. You’ll define project scope, build realistic estimates, track financial burndowns, and proactively manage risks and dependencies before they cause friction. Additionally, you will oversee scope change requests, ensure invoicing aligns with Statements of Work, and foster continuous improvement across all workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
