Senior Project Manager (Infra projects £10m-£25m)

About the Role
Our Glasgow team is seeking experienced Project Managers to develop into senior roles, working across transportation, utilities, and highways infrastructure.
Main Purpose
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex commissions, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to client, budget, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary client interface, aligning projects with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Scope of Work
In this role, you’ll handle £10m–£25m projects (or larger-scale advisory work). Advisory projects may relate to urban regeneration or complex stakeholder engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Strategic advice at project inception, including multi-pathway solutions to meet client goals.

Define and maintain project objectives, success criteria (TQC), and governance frameworks.

Develop and execute master plans, activity schedules, and risk management frameworks.

Manage budgets, costs, sourcing, and cross-functional team leadership.

Monitor KPIs, change control, and performance reporting for improved outcomes.

Client and stakeholder engagement, including Health & Safety (H&S) and environmental consultations.

Represent projects in meetings, reports, and finance tracking.

A successful Senior Project Manager will demonstrate:

Requirements
Qualifications
- Preferred degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- NEC: ECC Project Manager Certification.
- Chartered Qualification (ICE, APM, RICS) is a strong advantage.
Experience
- Proven experience in large-scale projects (£100m+ preferred).
- Demonstrated success in advisory or end-to-end management roles.
