Senior Project Manager
London
£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits
I'm working with a well-established property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation across the commercial real estate sector, delivering projects for investors, developers and occupiers across London and the South East. With a healthy workload of office refurbishments, CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, and larger commercial developments, they're looking for an experienced project manager to take ownership of key client accounts and project delivery.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Acting as Employer's Agent and Project Manager where required
- Leading consultant, design and contractor teams
- Managing programmes, procurement strategies and project risks
- Overseeing cost control and commercial performance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
