Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: On-site | London, UK – Islington
Reports to: Production + Client Relationship Director
Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: €130K EURO
Travel: Quarterly travel to the client’s production site in Liège, Belgium required
About the Role
Our client is a design-led agency and creative production partner based in London, creating bespoke gifting experiences and custom products for some of the world’s most iconic global brands in luxury, beauty, and lifestyle. Innovation and unconventional thinking are at the heart of how they work.
They deliver end-to-end: from strategy and concept to sourcing, kitting, and global fulfillment. As they enter a key phase of growth, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help elevate how they deliver ambitious projects worldwide.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines project delivery, creative production, commercial ownership, team leadership, and day-to-day management of the London studio. You’ll own the full lifecycle of high-impact unboxing experiences, PR mailers, and custom product concepts – ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Our client is looking for someone who is highly autonomous, proactive, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked. Experience in gifting, PR, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of experiential gifting campaigns and PR mailers from kickoff to final delivery
- Define timelines, strategies, and execution plans for each project
- Protect quality, manage risk, and solve problems before they impact delivery

Creative Collaboration & Concept Development
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling concepts
- Assess feasibility within production constraints and budget
- Bridge creative vision with practical execution and support brand storytelling

Client Leadership & Commercial Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead presentations
- Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and budgets
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Own project budgets from start to finish
- Support new business by leading pitches and proposals

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Line-manage the Project Coordinator team: assign workload, set priorities, and review deliverables
- Train and develop coordinators on PM standards, tools, and client communication
- Work closely with creative, production, and finance teams to keep projects moving

Studio & Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London studio
- Manage facilities, suppliers, office supplies, equipment, and building contacts
- Uphold health & safety standards and maintain organization of samples, stock, and studio space
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and support studio-wide initiatives

Process & Industry Leadership
- Continuously improve processes and uphold high standards for project management
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production techniques
- Contribute ideas to elevate both creative output and commercial performance

- Drive improvement: Look for ways to make projects, teams, and the studio better without being prompted

Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in project management or experiential marketing
- Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
- Strong commercial and operational mindset
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Senior-level experience with global luxury, beauty, or fashion brands
- Highly autonomous, proactive self-starter
