We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is required to lead the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and colocation data centre infrastructure across the UK and Ireland, spanning pre-construction and heavy MEP fit-out.

Key Contract Terms

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: UK / Ireland
  • Day Rate: £650–£850/day

Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Execution: Direct shell-and-core builds, civil works, and heavy MEP fit-outs while enforcing strict safety, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • Contract Administration: Lead Tier-1 main contractors, trade subcontractors, and vendor negotiations using NEC4 (ECC) or FIDIC frameworks.
  • Schedule & Risk: Oversee Primavera P6 critical path dependencies, execute formal change control procedures, and manage project risk registers.
  • Technical Oversight: Align engineering teams on high-voltage (HV/MV) power supply, liquid/chilled water cooling systems, and structural specifications.
  • Commissioning: Drive multi-phase commissioning from Level 1 static testing through Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to final handover.

  • Track Record: 5+ years in major capital project management, with at least 3+ years specifically managing hyperscale or colocation data centre builds in the UK or Ireland.
  • Contractual Expertise: Demonstrated capability administering NEC3/NEC4 or FIDIC contracts.
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
