Job Introduction

Turning Point is a leading health and social care social enterprise, supporting people with mental health, learning disabilities, substance use, sexual health, and employment needs. We are committed to delivering innovative services and sustainable change that improve outcomes for the people and communities we support.

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our Portfolio & Transformation Delivery function. This role will lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives that support organisational priorities and strategic objectives.

Working across operational services, corporate functions, digital teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, you will provide strong project leadership from initiation through to implementation and transition. You will manage complexity, coordinate dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and governance requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering programmes of change that improve services, strengthen organisational capability, and support long-term organisational sustainability.

The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional travel to London, Manchester, and other Turning Point locations for workshops, stakeholder engagement, and key project activities.

Role Responsibility

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, governance arrangements, and reporting.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, operational, and technical workstreams.
  • Facilitate governance, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects remain focused on agreed outcomes, benefits, and organisational priorities.
  • Manage supplier performance, implementation activities, and transition into business-as-usual arrangements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
