About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our data & AI literacy programmes for complex organisations and programmes. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery plan for your portfolio of accounts, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and resources to make sure every programme lands on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.
Working closely with our Customer Account Executives, Learner Success team, and Communications team, you’ll be the operational backbone that turns a signed contract into a smoothly run, high-impact learning experience. You’ll manage risk proactively, keep clients informed at every stage, and continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver. You’ll also support and coach other Project Managers on delivery processes, given the complexity of the organisations and programmes you manage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
