Position: Project Manager - Zero Trust Network Security
Experience: 8-15 Years
Location: London, UK
Mode: Hybrid working 3 days in a week
This is a fixed term contract role with HCLTech for 1 year with a possible extension.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive Zero Trust Network Security transformation initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, cybersecurity, network security, and stakeholder management, with experience delivering Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) programs.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Zero Trust Network Security projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, Identity, and Application teams.
- Drive implementation of Zero Trust principles including least privilege access, continuous verification, and micro-segmentation.
- Oversee deployment of ZTNA, MFA, IAM, PAM, endpoint security, and cloud security controls.
- Manage technology vendors, system integrators, and security partners.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate change management, user adoption, and operational transition activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Proven experience managing Zero Trust, Network Security, or Cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Zero Trust Architecture (NIST Framework)
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Network Segmentation and Micro-Segmentation
- Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- SASE/SSE solutions
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications
- PMP / PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-100, CCSP, Certified Zero Trust Professional (CZTP)
