Job Description:
Our Professional Services team partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver complex, business-critical projects that drive measurable outcomes. Operating within a fast-paced, technology-led environment, we are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong project governance, collaboration and operational excellence.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services organisation. This role is ideal for a highly driven project professional who thrives on leading large-scale initiatives, managing complex stakeholder groups and driving successful project outcomes from initiation through to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping project delivery standards, influencing strategic business decisions and contributing to the ongoing evolution of project management best practices across the organisation.

What Will I Be Doing?
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and business objectives whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance standards.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, developing project plans, managing schedules, resources, budgets and cross-functional dependencies while ensuring compliance with governance requirements and lifecycle gates.
- Manage project risks, issues, scope, financials and change requests, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to maintain successful project outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication, executive reporting, project dashboards and regular status updates, ensuring alignment across customer, business and technical teams.
- Define and measure project success through key performance indicators, data-driven decision making and continuous assessment of project performance.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment by motivating project teams, resolving challenges and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing project methodologies, sharing best practices, supporting organisational change and helping develop project management capabilities across the business.
What Do I Need?
We're looking for an accomplished project leader who combines strong delivery expertise with exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a technical understanding.
- 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within Professional Services, SaaS, Cyber Security or another technology-focused environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and strategic business objectives.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and project controls.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders while driving alignment and accountability across teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives and embedding project management best practices.
