About the role
The candidate will be working with several independent product teams and will need expertise in establishing and upholding standardized structure and process across several groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizations with growing and disparate development groups and will help scale process and maintain alignment with the larger organization. The candidate will serve as a primary liaison between the product team and engineering and be experienced in managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and customer satisfaction.
In addition to establishing process, the project manager/scrum master will be expected to develop schedules, run all scrum ceremonies, identify and mitigate risks, collaborate with key stakeholders, and execute multiple projects in accordance with the terms and conditions of that project.
Location: London (Waterloo), England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine status and project reports to stakeholders including product management, senior management, engineering, and co-workers as required. Status will be communicated verbally, through PowerPoint presentations, Jira dashboards, velocity and release statistics, and other ad hoc reports.
- Assess the process maturity of the teams and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable for the team and organization.
- Leading efforts to improve process and reporting by leveraging AI tools.
- Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces and continuously assess efficacy of structures.
- Assist in comparing processes and structures across internal teams and proposing improvements.
- Implement processes and structures to improve and support agile/scrum methodology.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of project plans and schedules.
- Work in collaboration with other scrum masters and project managers to organize and lead product integration projects.
- Support cross-team initiatives to improve and standardize sprint reporting and release forecasting.
- Run projects in a variety of methodologies including Kanban, scrum, or waterfall.
- Manage all aspects of the software development lifecycle using JIRA and Confluence.
- Remain current in Project Management and agile best practices, and IT technology.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience as software-centric project management or as a scrum master.
- Project Management experience must include using planning, scheduling, reporting, and documenting tools including Atlassian software.
- Experience leveraging agentic AI for project management processes.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Must be capable of leading and successfully working with individuals from different disciplines and experience levels.
- Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information.
Perferred Skills
- Experience working on government contracts preferred.
- Experience leading software projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience leading and implementing continuous process improvements.
- PMP and CSM certification is desired.
- Background in business analysis desired.
- Background in requirements management tools and configuration desired.

Salary
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: £85,100.00-112,200.00 GBP
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidate's unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to base salary and either bonus or commission, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including competitive annual leave, pension match, PMI, dental, health cash plan, income protection, in a hybrid work environment.
