About Our Senior Project Officer Role
Our central service staff are the building blocks that allow our academies, staff and functions to do their jobs. In this role you will be key in enabling the delivery of a number of international programmes such as the Big AI project and be at the forefront of teaching and learning.
Role
This is an all-encompassing Project officer role where you'll be the backbone across projects worked on. You’ll be the doer and the organiser. Your days will differ, but you’ll be involved in tasks such as:
- Diary management for programmes
- Lead on the logistics of partnership and dissemination events
- Supporting with programme running around events, venues, speakers, trainers and resources
- Track progress of participants, including attendance, deadlines and programme evaluations
- Provides support to participants throughout their time on programmes, monitoring the relevant email inboxes and sending regular communication to ensure their experience is positive
- Support with online communication, including social media, newsletters and blogs
- Proof read and check all above comms, logistics and data to ensure accuracy

Who will this suit?
Someone who is passionate about Education and making a difference. The key thing we are looking for is that high degree of accuracy across data, organisation and communications.
We are open to background but please do highlight where you believe you see synergies in roles carried out. The role will really suit someone who is comfortable sorting the ‘doing’ and providing that vital support all project teams need.
Key details and what will you get in return?
- Duration: Permanent
- Salary: £38,184 to £40,512
- Base: Hybrid. Working out of our Institute at School 360 and remotely.

- Under 2 years’ continuous service: 34 days holiday, comprising of 26 days + 8 Bank holidays.
- Under 4 years’ continuous service: 39 days Holiday, comprising of 31 days + 8 Bank holidays.
- Over 4 years’ continuous service: 40 days holiday, comprising of 32 days + 8 Bank holidays.
