Job Summary
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project P6 Planner to manage and optimize project schedules for complex infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data for schedule development and updates.
- Conduct critical path analysis, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
- Prepare and present regular schedule reports, progress updates, and variance analysis to project teams and senior management.
- Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
- Implement and maintain robust scheduling procedures and best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior planners as required.
- Perform resource loading and leveling within Primavera P6 to optimize resource utilization.
- Support the development of project baselines and monitor performance against them.
- Assist in risk management by identifying scheduling-related risks and developing contingency plans.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional (P6 EPPM experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and analyzing complex project schedules.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
