About the Role:

We’re looking for an Experienced Project Planner to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the operations department to make sure projects run smoothly. You'll work closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding project specifications and developing Project Programmes from first principles.
  • Maintaining live project programmes and collecting periodic progress updates through interfacing with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, 4-week lookahead, S-Curve, Variance etc.)
  • Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
  • Utilize the project programme in the substantiation of Extension of time and acceleration claims using delay analysis techniques.
  • Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Effective Communication of project risks and opportunities to the project team.
  • Aide in the development of junior team members as and when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering)
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project planning or similar role
  • Strong experience with Primavera P6
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project scope, and risk management
  • Knowledge of critical path analysis and programme logic development
  • Experience in delay analysis and forensic planning techniques
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
