Senior Project Scheduler
Location: Bracknell Office-based
The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Senior Project Scheduler to manage project scheduling, support the scheduling team and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

You will work closely with engineers, testers, electrical management teams, commercial and bid teams, customers and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers by telephone, email and letter to arrange appointments.
- Prepare, manage, monitor and update project schedules and trackers.
- Coordinate engineers and resources to maximise productivity.
- Map properties and plan projects for efficient delivery.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and escalate issues where required.
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Scheduling Team.
- Achieve scheduling and delivery targets.
- Produce regular reports on project progress, call activity and team productivity.
- Develop effective resident and customer communication processes.
- Analyse call data to identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Support the Commercial and Bid Teams with relevant information.
- Work with IT to improve the use of company systems, including PILLAR 2 and EAPP.
- Maintain strong working relationships across all teams and represent the company professionally.

Operations
- Support managers, supervisors, inspectors, engineers and testers with administrative and scheduling requirements.
- Monitor project progress against safety, quality and programme expectations.
- Identify and escalate operational issues and risks.
- Promote efficient processes and a positive working environment.
Administration
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, records and reports.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Team Leader – Scheduling Team.
- Ensure records and processes comply with company policies and legislation.
About You
Essential:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
- Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Calm and professional approach when handling issues or complaints.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, flexible and customer-focused approach.
Desirable:
- Previous office or call-centre experience.
- Experience in construction, housing or a similar environment.
- Experience with project scheduling or coordination.
