The Senior Project Sourcing Specialist will primarily support pipelining Quality & Compliance specialists, however this role will also support pipelining in Regulatory Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research as well as Audit specialists across the GXP spectrum.
You will have the opportunity to work on global sourcing/pipelining projects, as ProPharma is growing so our need for talent is growing and you will be at the forefront of ensuring we are able to meet our clients demands by supporting the wider TA group with talent pipelines, potentially engaging with candidates in the US, EU, JAPAC, or LATAM.
Essential Duties
- Building talent pipelines for Quality & Compliance specialists such as, CQV specialists, CSV specialists, Validation experts and CMC experts
- Supporting the wider TA group on ad-hoc talent pipelining activities across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical & Audit
- Engaging with passive candidates to build
- Working to build global talent pipelines where demand is needed
- Engaging with candidates to build initial relationships with ProPharma
- Utilising LinkedIn recruiter to build talent pipelines and engage with passive talent

Experience Required
- Previous experience recruiting in a life science market
- Experience recruiting Quality & Compliance positions would be a big benefit, such as Validation Engineers, CMC, CSV (Computer Systems Validation), CQA roles
- Previous experience using LinkedIn recruiter
- Previous experience with Workday ATS (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently
