About The Role

We’re looking for a capable and confident Senior Project Surveyor to lead our team of project surveyors, delivering planned work programmes and property projects. Applying excellent contract management, you will make sure that work is to a high standard and with outstanding resident satisfaction.

  • You’ll be the go-to person for technical expertise, working closely with colleagues across Asset Management to resolve complex property maintenance issues.
  • You’ll mobilise and manage contracts and ensure that all statutory and health and safety requirements are met.
  • Financial management is key, and you will ensure that robust controls are in place, providing forecasts on a regular basis.
  • You will also recruit, support, and motivate your surveyors, holding regular one-to-ones and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
  • You’ll also be expected to support the wider Surveying Services Team.

About You

  • You’ll bring solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building surveying, backed by an HNC/HND or CIOB qualification.
  • You’ll have a strong track record of writing specifications, managing contracts, and delivering works programmes and projects within budget.
  • Experience in residential repairs, improvement projects, and procuring contractors and consultants would be an advantage.
  • You’ll be confident working with building regulations, CDM 2015 requirements, and wider construction-related legislation.
  • You’ll be able to manage competing priorities, resolve issues quickly, and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, internal teams, and external consultants.
  • You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage your workload and produce reports.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle are essential, along with the ability to carry out site inspections safely, including using PPE and accessing areas via stairs and ladders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
