At Shiels Court, we provide 24-hour supported living for adults living with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, autism, and addiction-related needs. What the job entails 💼
As a Senior Project Worker, you will help the manager to develop and create a supportive and stable home for people with complex mental health needs. You will build trusting relationships, promote wellbeing and independence, support meaningful daily activity, and respond confidently to challenging situations using compassionate and structured approaches. You will support to lead a well-established team, contribute to individual support plans, and help ensure that every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and hope.
