A highly successful and established group is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join its small, busy, and hands-on team in North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property or lettings experience who enjoys a varied role, has strong attention to detail, and is happy to get involved across all areas of the business.

As Property Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the property and lettings function, ensuring the day-to-day running of the portfolio is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property and lettings administration, including move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy paperwork.
  • Manage utility accounts, meter readings, billing dates, and usage, ensuring bills are accurate and queries are resolved promptly.
  • Process rent, client payments, and overpayment refunds.
  • Handle maintenance enquiries, log repairs, and liaise with contractors, engineers, and plumbers.
  • Assist with property advertising, referencing, and tenancy deposits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Word, intermediate Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Provide general administrative and hands-on support to other teams when required.

About You:

  • Previous experience within property, lettings, or property administration.
  • Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work well within a small team.
