About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven and client-focused Senior Property Investment Consultant to join our growing sales team.
You'll be responsible for managing and converting qualified enquiries, developing long-term relationships with investors and providing a consultative approach throughout the property investment journey.
You'll work with investors to understand their objectives, financial position and investment strategy before identifying suitable opportunities from our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert high-quality inbound enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors across the UK and overseas.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.
- Conduct consultations via telephone, video call and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
- Develop repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UK property market, investment strategies and current opportunities.
- Work closely with our marketing and management teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience and success within property investment, off-plan property sales or real estate consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the UK property investment market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- A consultative approach to sales and client management.
- Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Commercially driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Professional, organised and highly responsive.
- Comfortable managing high-value transactions and multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems.
