Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Sheraton. This position is responsible for:

  • Advising clients on property options
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Managing the end-to-end sales or leasing process

The Senior Property Consultant will handle client inquiries, prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure that all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinating with internal teams on property availability and pricing

Qualifications

  • Strong background in real estate sales or consulting, with proven experience in property transactions and client advisory work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate markets, property valuation, and basic financial concepts related to real estate investments.
  • Ability to work on-site at Sheraton, manage multiple client engagements, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and digital platforms to track leads, prepare documents, and communicate with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical, transparent business practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead role within real estate or property consulting is highly beneficial.
