About the Role
We are working with an established building and property consultancy looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Property & FM Programme Manager to lead the delivery of property, facilities management and procurement projects across London and the South of England.
This is a high-profile consultancy role that will see you managing a diverse portfolio of client projects, including Facilities Management procurements, service reviews, mobilisation programmes, service transformation initiatives and specialist property compliance programmes. You will act as the appointed Senior Project Manager, taking responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, value for money and effective governance at every stage.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional with strong property, FM and procurement experience who enjoys working directly with senior stakeholders and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive project professional who combines commercial awareness with strong stakeholder management and technical FM understanding.
We are looking for:
- Experience managing property, facilities management or procurement projects within public sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion.
- Experience leading Hard FM and Soft FM procurement exercises.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets and project teams.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and programme controls.
- Experience preparing procurement and tender documentation.
- Excellent report writing, planning and presentation skills.
