Investment Broker ATX Global | Fully remote | Self employed | OTE £120,000 uncapped

About us

ATX Global is a specialist consultancy placing investor capital into government funded UK real estate. We do not sell buy to let. We do not sell off plan city centre flats. We do not sell anything that depends on retail tenant demand, mortgage finance, or capital growth assumptions. We place capital into four alternative asset classes: supported housing, children's residential care homes, social housing, and elderly and assisted living. Every asset is structured on a full repairing and insuring lease running 5, 7 or 25 years, with an approved housing provider or care operator as the tenant. Rent flows from local authority and central government funded budgets, paid monthly, contractually fixed. The investor's role is capital only. No management, no voids, no tenant contact, no maintenance liability. Fully hands off, structured cash flow.

Why this matters right now

The buy to let market is in structural decline. The Renters' Rights Act 2025, Section 24 mortgage interest changes, rising stamp duty on second homes, tightening EPC requirements, and softening capital growth in the regional cities have quietly hollowed out the returns on the product most brokers in this sector are still selling. Investors know it. They're calling in with the same question: what else is there?

That is the pivot. Government backed lease income is the answer most of them arrive at once they've done the maths. This asset class isn't new, but retail investor awareness of it is, which is why the window for brokers who understand it properly is wide open right now. It hasn't gone mainstream yet because it sits outside the mortgage broker referral chain and doesn't fit the standard developer sales playbook. That's the gap we sell into.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Smart brokers ride the market. They don't defend a product that's losing its case every quarter. If you can already feel your current pipeline getting harder to close, that's not a you problem. That's the market telling you something.

The role

Close warm inbound leads generated by our marketing systems. No cold calling. No prospecting. No lead generation responsibility. Every broker on our team has qualified, booked appointments dropped straight into their calendar. Your job is to educate the investor on the asset class, handle objections, and close.

You'll be working with investors who already understand they want cash flow property but are looking for something more structured than what the traditional market offers. They arrive curious, sceptical of yields that sound too good, and expecting substance. You'll need to know the product cold: lease terms, tenant covenants, buyback structures, refinance windows, comparable yields across asset classes, and how the government funding chain actually works. If you cannot answer a technical question from a solicitor or a cash buyer with a portfolio, this role isn't for you.

Package

Retainer plus uncapped commission on every closed deal. OTE £120,000, with top performers earning well above. Self employed consultant contract. Fully remote, work from anywhere. No fixed hours, no micromanagement. Booked appointments delivered to your calendar. The structure is designed for closers. Earnings here are a function of your ability and product knowledge, not politics, territory, or how long you've been at the firm.

Who we're looking for

  • Proven closed deal history in UK property investment sales. We will ask for verifiable numbers and take a reference from a previous employer. Applicants without a demonstrable track record will not progress past first stage.
  • Comfort discussing yields, lease structures, tenant covenants, exit options and asset class comparisons at investor level, particularly with cash buyers and high net worth clients.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, to a standard that lets you hold your ground in a technical objection handling conversation with a sophisticated investor.
  • Self managed. This is a remote role with no one watching your calendar. Brokers who need daily supervision to hit numbers do not last here.

How to apply

Email your CV, a summary of closed deals over the last 24 months, and one previous employer reference to arun@atxglobal.co
