Senior Investment Consultant (Fully Remote)
Rolling Monthly Salary Retainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long-term strategy
- Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long-term relationships built on trust
- Guide clients through decision-making, negotiation and completion
- Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options
- Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation
- Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure aligned, evidence-based guidance

What we're looking for:
- Direct experience selling UK Residential Off-Plan & Specialist Supported Housing
- Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales
- Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently
- Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
- Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable
- Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
