Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (7+ PQE)
Manchester | Hybrid Working
£75K to £85K DOE and PQE level
A leading Manchester law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded property practice with a strong pipeline of work and genuine progression prospects.
The Role
You'll advise a broad client base including developers, asset managers, investors and businesses on a wide range of property disputes, including:
- Commercial property disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals and forfeiture
- Dilapidations claims
- Service charge disputes
- Possession and trespass claims
- Insolvency-related property issues
- Professional negligence and breach of contract claims
- Development and overage disputes

About the Firm

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 7+ years' PQE (Exceptional candidates outside this PQE will be considered).
- Strong background in property litigation
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Experience supervising junior team members would be advantageous
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
