- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 + super

In this role you will
As a Senior Property Management Officer, you'll be at the forefront of managing diverse Crown land matters, providing expert advice, undertaking property and tenure inspections, and ensuring Crown land is used appropriately and in line with legislative and policy requirements.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to key projects, and apply your technical expertise to support sound land management outcomes.

About you
- Has strong property management, land administration or tenure management experience.
- Can confidently interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures.
- Excels at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Can assess complex cases and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Enjoys working both in the office and in the field undertaking inspections and investigations.
Essential
- Certificate IV in Land Administration or Property Management or equivalent experience in property management and land administration.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
