SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Rendall & Rittner
Competitive
Hybrid - London (Vauxhall)

Role Overview

You will take the helm of two prestigious, large and complex residential schemes with a full complement of amenities, acting as a trusted partner to a key developer and an anchor point for residents, on-site teams and stakeholders. These are flagship communities with exacting standards and the visibility to match your stewardship will set the tone for service quality, safety and long-term asset value.

This is a hybrid role designed around meaningful presence and impact: you will spend two days each week on-site across the schemes, building relationships, coaching teams and making data led decisions in person. You will also attend our head office in Vauxhall one day each month to collaborate with central functions and share best practice that elevates performance across the wider Odevo Group.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will be leading the end-to-end management of your schemes: translating strategy into clear plans, directing on-site teams, managing budgets and service charge performance, and ensuring statutory and building safety compliance. You will be the point person for residents, the developer and contractors—resolving issues quickly, communicating clearly and proactively improving the service through consistent follow-up and continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and client stakeholders describe a consistently outstanding service experience, with issues resolved promptly and transparently.
  • Budgets are accurate and well-managed, with variances explained, efficiencies identified and long-term plans funded and agreed.
  • Building and life safety compliance is watertight, with robust records, timely inspections and proactive risk mitigation embedded on-site.
  • On-site teams are engaged, well-supported and delivering to clear standards, with measurable improvements in service delivery.
  • Major works, defects and warranty items are planned and executed with minimal disruption, clear communication and strong contractor control.
  • Developer and supplier relationships are collaborative and accountable, with performance tracked and continuous improvement delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
