Role Overview
You will lead the full management of 300 homes across prime developments near Liverpool Street and in Greenwich, with management oversight of a further 500 units. You’ll be the key point of accountability for residents, clients and on-site teams, ensuring exceptional standards, clear communication and smooth operations.
As the portfolio evolves, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your remit and take on additional buildings over time. Backed by Rendall & Rittner’s people-first culture and robust systems, you’ll shape long-term plans, drive service improvements and deliver a consistently outstanding resident experience.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you’ll balance proactive portfolio leadership with hands-on issue resolution, working closely with residents, clients, contractors and on-site teams. You’ll plan and prioritise workstreams, track budgets and compliance, and visit sites twice a month to maintain visibility and momentum. You’ll use data, process and calm judgement to keep everything running safely, smoothly and on budget.

- Stakeholders receive clear updates, meaningful KPIs and forward plans they trust.
- Sites are inspection-ready, well-presented and continuously improving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
