Senior Property Manager
A privately owned prime real estate company, with assets across Mayfair, St James’s, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the property management function overseeing both internal and third-party assets in prime central London.
Reporting directly to the Development Director, our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and entrepreneurial individual to lead the asset and residential management business.
This individual will take full responsibility for the management of the company’s super-prime multi-unit residential developments, as well as selected high-value assets held on behalf of external clients.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring all properties are maintained and managed to the highest standard and fully compliant
- Maintaining strong investor and private client relationships, delivering best-in-class service at all times.
- Ensuring all areas of the properties are presentable, serviced and properly maintained.
- Responsibility for onsite staff and the internal management team.
- Developing and implementing the overall Man Co, asset management, block management and residential management strategy for the developments.
- Budget setting and financial planning.
- Conducting cyclical reviews of maintenance contracts.
- Leading resident communication and engagement.
- Managing major works consultation and delivery.

Qualifications
- Relevant professional property management qualifications.
Experience
- Proven track record in property or asset management within the prime or super-prime residential market.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling or developing business operations.
- Deep understanding of luxury residential property management and high-net-worth client expectations.
- Previous staff management and leadership experience.
