SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
£75,000–£85,000 + benefits
Office is located in Hertfordshire | Portfolio across London so travel necessary
A senior residential property role with genuine influence.
We’re working with a growing residential property business seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of large, complex developments and the teams behind them.
This is a role for someone who wants to lead, improve and make an impact - not simply manage the day-to-day.
THE ROLE
You’ll oversee around 4–6 complex developments, with responsibility for:
- Operational & customer service delivery
- Leadership and development of on-site teams
- Property management, compliance, H&S and PPM
- Client relationships and contract mobilisation
- Service charge budgets and financial reporting
- Audits, risk management and continuous improvement
- Supporting wider operational strategy

YOU’LL BRING
- Strong residential / leasehold property experience
- Experience managing large and complex developments / portfolios
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong compliance, H&S and PPM knowledge
- Commercial and financial awareness
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Managing agent experience is highly desirable. Strong leasehold experience is particularly important; pure BTR backgrounds are less aligned.
