Senior Property Manager-Residential Block Management

37.5 hour week, Mon to Fri
London SW6
Up to £65k
We are recruiting for an experienced residential Block Property Manager (office-based role located near Parsons Green station). The successful candidate will manage a residential portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals’ buildings in the prime areas of Kensington, Mayfair, Hampstead, Chelsea, all zones 1-3 of London.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake regular property inspections
- Manage client staff
- Negotiate competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors
- Produce service charge budgets for client approval
- Arrears recovery
- Production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long-term agreements
- Deal with pre-contract inquiries from solicitors
- Manage on-site staff
- Attend client meetings including board meetings
- Compliance with quality objectives in responding to correspondence and phone calls

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the sector
- Good knowledge of the relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- At least Associate level of TPI (The Property Institute) highly desirable
