Senior Property Manager-Residential Block Management

Up to £65k

We are recruiting for an experienced residential Block Property Manager (office-based role located near Parsons Green station). The successful candidate will manage a residential portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals’ buildings in the prime areas of Kensington, Mayfair, Hampstead, Chelsea, all zones 1-3 of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular property inspections
  • Manage client staff
  • Negotiate competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors
  • Produce service charge budgets for client approval
  • Arrears recovery
  • Production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long-term agreements
  • Deal with pre-contract inquiries from solicitors
  • Manage on-site staff
  • Attend client meetings including board meetings
  • Compliance with quality objectives in responding to correspondence and phone calls

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the sector
  • Good knowledge of the relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least Associate level of TPI (The Property Institute) highly desirable
