SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Trinity Estates
Competitive
Home Based

Role Overview

You will lead a portfolio of 11 residential developments across Cambridge, Colchester, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Dunstable, delivering a consistent and personable service to residents, clients and stakeholders. From heritage conversions to modern estates, you will balance on-the-ground presence with proactive, data-led management to keep buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly.

Working home based with regular site visits, you will be supported by specialist teams across finance, compliance, building safety and customer service. As part of the Odevo Group, you’ll have the structure, tools and scale to do your best work, while still building strong local relationships and making a visible difference to the communities you manage.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will plan and attend site visits, manage contractor works and maintenance, and stay close to customer queries, budgets and compliance actions. You will prioritise intelligently, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates and well-structured reports.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents feel heard and informed, with issues acknowledged quickly and resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Developments are fully compliant, with planned maintenance, H&S and fire safety actions delivered on time and well-documented.
  • Budgets are accurate and controlled, with transparent reporting and year-end accounts that land smoothly.
  • AGMs and client meetings are well-prepared, outcomes are clear, and actions are completed promptly.
  • Contractor performance is monitored, value for money is achieved, and standards are consistently high.
  • You manage your diary effectively, balancing site presence with proactive planning and stakeholder communication.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
