About Sagoos

Sagoos is a modern residential lettings and property management company founded by landlords, for landlords. Drawing on decades of hands-on experience managing and growing a substantial property portfolio, we understand the importance of exceptional service, proactive communication and efficient property management.

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our landlords, tenants and contractors.

This is a fully remote position. Comprehensive training will be provided, with regular video meetings, screen-sharing sessions and ongoing support to ensure a smooth onboarding process. We encourage open communication and collaboration, with regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned and connected.

The Role

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio.

You will act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently, tenancies are managed professionally and our high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
