Our client, a well-established residential property management company based in Central London, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring exceptional service delivery, legal compliance, and effective building management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and developments
- Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, directors, and residents
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and major works with contractors and consultants
- Prepare and issue Section 20 notices
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation
- Conduct regular site inspections (every 6-8 weeks)
- Manage insurance renewals and claims
- Prepare LPE1 packs and liaise with solicitors on property sales
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation

About You
- Minimum 5 years' residential block/property management experience
- Strong understanding of leasehold and freehold management
- Experience managing Section 20 consultations
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- ATPI and/or AIRPM qualification desirable
- Able to manage workloads independently while working collaboratively within a team
