Our client, a well-established residential property management company based in Central London, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring exceptional service delivery, legal compliance, and effective building management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and developments
  • Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, directors, and residents
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and major works with contractors and consultants
  • Prepare and issue Section 20 notices
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation
  • Conduct regular site inspections (every 6-8 weeks)
  • Manage insurance renewals and claims
  • Prepare LPE1 packs and liaise with solicitors on property sales
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' residential block/property management experience
  • Strong understanding of leasehold and freehold management
  • Experience managing Section 20 consultations
  • Knowledge of health & safety compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • ATPI and/or AIRPM qualification desirable
  • Able to manage workloads independently while working collaboratively within a team
