About the Role

We are searching for an experienced senior residential property manager who is able to work autonomously to take ownership of a prime real estate portfolio in Kent. The successful person will be at the forefront of managing some of the most sought-after super prime properties in the area and will be responsible for tenant and landlord experience, as well as maintaining high-end, luxurious residences. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in high-caliber AST property management within a prestigious, fast-paced environment.

As a Prime Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of property management.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as their main point of contact and delivering a first-class service
  • Handling day-to-day property queries quickly, professionally and with a proactive approach
  • Taking ownership of maintenance — from sourcing quotes and instructing contractors to overseeing works through to completion
  • Keeping a close eye on property condition and making sure homes are maintained to a high standard
  • Managing inventories, check-ins, check-outs and end-of-tenancy reports
  • Reviewing proposed deductions and managing deposit returns fairly and efficiently
  • Coordinating safety checks, compliance requirements and any remedial works
  • Keeping property records, certificates and compliance documentation accurate and up to date
  • Processing invoices and coordinating utilities at the start and end of tenancies
  • Keeping landlords informed with regular updates on property condition and tenant feedback
  • Ensuring every aspect of the service reflects the expectations of a premium residential property portfolio
  • Handling high-net-worth tenants with discretion, professionalism and attention to detail

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
