Senior Property Manager (Prime)
Sevenoaks (also covering Tunbridge Wells)
£35k + bonus + benefits
1 day WFH after probation
This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join their established team in Sevenoaks (also covering Tunbridge Wells).
You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 70 prime properties. This is a relationship-led role, managing high net worth individuals and requiring strong compliance and technical knowledge. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 70 prime properties
- Managing high net worth individuals
- Ensuring compliance and technical knowledge
- Delivering an effective, customer focused property management service
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ senior property management experience
- Ideally ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong work and service ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative, responsibility, and ownership
- Confident in dealing with clients at all levels
- Desire to exceed clients and customers expectations
- ‘Can do’ attitude and proactive approach
- Flexibility to work between several different office locations

Salary:
- Basic of c. £35,000

To be considered you will have previous property management experience, ideally in a like-for-like prime environment, and be confident managing landlord relationships, compliance, inspections, and day-to-day portfolio issues independently. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
