Senior Property Manager

Central London | £40,000 - £45,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded Central London property business.

You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of 100 properties in zone 1, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance works, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, and overseeing tenancy-related matters.

  • Previous residential property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
