Senior Property Paralegal
Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid, Permanent, Salary £30-36k dependant on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded specialist law firm, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to develop their career within a specialist property team.
You’ll manage your own caseload of home ownership and residential conveyancing matters for Registered Providers of Social Housing, including shared ownership staircasing, lease extensions, buybacks, deeds of variation, enfranchisement, and auction sales.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Experience managing a caseload independently
- Experience within social housing or shared ownership would be advantageous but is not essential
