We're looking for a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting complex property and litigation cases from inception through to resolution.
You'll play a key role in supporting the management of lender in possession properties, litigation cases, and enforcement activities, while ensuring customers are treated fairly and all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of property and litigation processes, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build specialist knowledge within a regulated financial services environment.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager, you'll support the day to day management of high risk cases, working closely with Property Portfolio Manager and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.
- Learning and developing knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Assisting with lender in possession property sales, including coordinating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and other third parties.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records and ensuring all activity is documented correctly.
- Monitoring case progression and escalating delays, risks, customer vulnerabilities, or concerns where appropriate.
- Building effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Assisting with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.
- Supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring regulatory and procedural standards are maintained.
- Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping to enhance team processes and customer outcomes.

Essential skills and experience
- Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management activities.
- Experience working within mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, collections, or possession environments
- Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Experience within property, mortgage servicing, legal services, or a regulated financial services environment.
- Exposure to working with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or other external legal and property professionals
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Confidence in handling sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
