Exciting Opportunity
We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our London office. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000.
About the Role
- Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
- Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft Teams and written emails
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
- Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party
- Supporting the team and your line report with adhoc queries and escalations
- Supporting the Senior Management Team with adhoc requests
- Taking the lead in the absence of the Client Manager

We're Looking For
Individuals with qualities such as:
- Great customer service
- Resilience when working in a fast-paced & demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks & responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in a property management setting
- Level 3 PropertyMark qualification desired
