Altrad Recruitment for Senior Proposals Coordinator

Altrad are currently recruiting for a Senior Proposals Coordinator to join the team based in Renfrew.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coordination and support to the Proposals team, assisting with client enquiries and the preparation and submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Information (RFI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Proposals from initial receipt through to submission, together with supporting the administration of client and industry portals.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage the Proposals mailbox, coordinating incoming enquiries, tenders, PQQs, RFIs and EOIs, processing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and ensuring opportunities are accurately recorded, monitored and progressed.
  • Prepare and coordinate EOI’s, RFI’s, PQQ’s and other client submissions, ensuring responses are accurate, consistent and completed in line with client requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate the administration of client portals, including maintaining user accounts and access, downloading tender and prequalification documentation, uploading submissions and managing client correspondence to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Manage the administration of paid industry and accreditation portals, including registrations, accreditations, renewals, documentation, subscriptions and payments.
  • Work closely with the Proposal Manager to coordinate the bid, managing actions, deadlines and the submission process.
  • Maintain and develop the proposal library, supporting the review, updating and addition of new content and documentation to ensure information remains current and accessible.
  • Provide coordination and support to the Proposals team as required, including formatting tenders and client presentations and supporting the delivery of high-quality client submissions.
