As a Senior Proposals Advisor, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.
As a Senior Proposals Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handling important business unit clients.
- Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Department is involved in medium-large sales.
- Handling big or challenging markets or multi country.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposals, commercial & tendering.
- Have a technical background and understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills.
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills and be fluent in English.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be skilled in functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity is required.
