Senior Proposals Writer - UK or Ireland

We are currently seeking a Senior Proposals Writer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Proposals Writer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and persuasive proposals for clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information necessary for proposal development.
  • Writing and editing proposal documents to effectively communicate the study objectives, methodology, and value proposition to clients.
  • Ensuring proposals are compliant with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal standards.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support proposal development, including competitive intelligence and market trends.
  • Managing proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submission and review.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
