Senior Proposition Manager - Glasgow
We're looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to join our Marketing team. This role owns the commercial proposition behind new product and service features from insight through to launch and beyond and will also play a pivotal role in how we shape and position our overall patient healthcare offering.
You'll take patient and market insight, shape it into a commercially sound proposition, build the go-to-market plan and lead it to launch. You will then continue to own the long-term commercial performance of each proposition once live, continuously optimising pricing, positioning and uptake as the service evolves.
You'll work closely with Product, Clinical and Commercial teams to make sure every proposition is deliverable within regulatory and clinical governance constraints as well as commercially attractive. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real ownership. You're not executing someone else's plan. You're building the proposition itself, repeatedly, as the service evolves.
The Job
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
Proposition design
- Translate patient and market insight into commercial structures patients actually want
- Define mechanics that support patient retention and long-term engagement across current and future propositions
- Work with Product and Clinical to ensure each proposition is deliverable within regulatory and clinical governance constraints
Commercial modelling
- Build the commercial case for each new proposition: pricing logic, CAC:LTV impact, revenue and margin modelling
- Run cost-benefit analysis on new features and service structures to protect unit economics while improving retention
- Own and optimise the long-term commercial performance of each proposition once live, continuously optimising pricing, positioning and uptake based on real patient behaviour
GTM strategy and execution
- Build and lead the go-to-market strategy for each new proposition or feature: positioning, sequencing and channel plan across brands
- Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing to ensure existing patients transition smoothly and new patients are onboarded correctly
- Brief and align Clinical, PR and Patient Care Team stakeholders ahead of each launch
- Cross-functional delivery
- Act as the connector between Marketing, Product, Clinical and Engineering, translating each proposition into a plan each function can build against
- Bring senior stakeholders along with the model and the strategy, using evidence over instinct

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Data-driven by default: you pull and interrogate your own data and let results shape the model
- Effective cross-functional communicator with Product, Clinical and Engineering, without needing formal authority
